Muhammad Owais Talat is a technology consultant, technology advisor, and fractional CTO based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

I help founders and executive teams build, scale, and optimize technology. That means Fractional CTO leadership, AI solutions, product development, and engineering strategy, and I’m accountable for the actual outcome.

My path started in design and moved through frontend, backend, and mobile into architecture and technology leadership. Recent work includes engineering leadership at Dinar.sa, frontend leadership at NEOM, and co-founding Locofy.ai.
