Architecture

Component architecture and shared patterns across web and React Native, with real-time channels (WebSockets) for live financial state rather than polling-heavy screens.

Led delivery of complex financial flows, introduced quality and release-readiness practices, and coached engineers through reviews and performance work.

Result

A production FinTech surface that can absorb new workflows with less execution risk. Specific commercial metrics stay internal to the client.
