Problem

Design-to-code was slow, manual, and hard to productize. The company needed a technical direction that could turn AI-assisted UI generation into a usable product.

Challenge

Product engineering, UX, frontend architecture, and go-to-market surfaces (site, analytics, experiments) all had to move together in an early-stage AI company.

Role

Co-Founder & Technical Lead, responsible for product engineering direction, UI/UX strategy, and frontend architecture.

Solution / Strategy

Own the product engineering path from design systems to generated code quality, and treat the marketing site and analytics as part of the product loop, not a side project.

Architecture

Frontend architecture for an AI-assisted design-to-code workflow, with performance work on the public site (90+ Lighthouse scores) and instrumentation for analytics and A/B tests.

How it was delivered

Led technical development, UX strategy, brand and marketing integration, and the measurement stack used to learn from users.

Result

A production AI product with a technical foundation and a high-performance public site. Company-level growth figures are not claimed here.
